The cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder is made of high-quality steel 27SiMn, which has been quenched and tempered and heat-treated, with a resistance strength of 980MPa. The inner hole is precision bored and rolled, with a roughness of less than 0.04 microns, which improves the sealing effect of the oil seal inside the hydraulic cylinder and the wear resistance of the support ring. The piston rod is made of high-quality steel 40Gr, which has been quenched and tempered and heat treated. After turning, surface quenching, grinding, electroplating and other processing, the surface hardness reaches HRC48-55 to prevent it from being hit by other items. High-quality steel and fine processing extend the service life of the hydraulic cylinder assembly.
