三、Before assembly, check the oil seal and measure whether the size of each part of the oil seal matches the size of the shaft and cavity. Before installing the oil seal, first clearly compare the size of the shaft diameter with the inner diameter size of the oil seal to make sure they match. The dimensions of the cavity of the front cylinder of the dump truck should be consistent with the outer diameter of the oil seal. Check whether the lip of the oil seal is damaged.
四、Carry out machining inspection procedures before assembly. Measure the dimensions of the cavity and shaft of the front cylinder of the dump truck to see if they are correct. Especially the internal chamfers. There should be no slope. The end surfaces of the shaft and cavity must be smooth and chamfered. There should be no damage or burrs. Clean the assembly area. There should be no burrs, sand, iron filings and other debris in the shaft installation (chamfering) part, which will cause irregular damage to the oil seal lip.
五、Based on your own assembly experience, you can feel with your hands whether the machined edges and grooves of the oil seal groove of the front cylinder of the dump truck are smooth and round. If there are burrs, they can be polished.
六、If a problem is found, the installation should be stopped and the problem should be solved as required before continuing the installation.
七、Before installing the oil seal of the front cylinder of the dump truck, an appropriate amount of lithium ester with molybdenum disulfide added to the oil seal should be applied between the lips of the oil seal to prevent dry wear on the lips and affect the lips when the shaft is instantly started. interference, and should be assembled as soon as possible. After installing the oil seal, if the oil seal seat is not installed immediately, it is recommended to cover it with a cloth to prevent foreign matter from adhering to the oil seal. Hands or tools applied with lithium grease must be clean.
八、The oil seal must be installed flat and cannot be tilted. It is recommended to use hydraulic equipment or socket tools for installation. Don't use too much pressure, and the speed should be even and slow.
九、 If the slope of the dump truck cylinder barrel is steep, special tooling should be used for transitional protection to avoid scratching and damaging the oil seal.
